Here are some new Color Concepts for possible future Chocobos:
[ Hopefully the SE staff will end up here and implement some new Ideas ]

The Chocobo industry needs some progressive new color ideas and updates.
The release of Red and Green Chocobos sent every server into an immediate scurry to
raise and breed the two new colors.  Now it's time to reopen the Chocobo Color Scheme.

 Color:  White
 Possible Location
 Represented:
  Jeuno
 Bastok, Windurst and
 Sandoria all have their own
 Regional Chocobos, yet the
 4th city of the Campaign
world which is a central point
 of trade and commerce
 does not.

 Even though Jeuno is neutral,
 and citizenship cannot be
 granted, it has a deep-rooted
history as well as a large
 reigning government that
 dates back to Zilart times.
And because of that, some of
 the oldest NPC characters
 reside and reign in Jeuno.

 Because Jeuno's
 administration is deeply tied
 into Vandiel's past, the
 White Chocobo could be
 implemented into the Wing's
 of the Goddess storyline and
 brought to modern day Jeuno
 by Jeuno diplomat travelers.
 White Chocobo Breeding Information:
Initially Obtainable by:  Quest Egg,  ISNM egg
Slightly increased chances by breeding 2 Blacks?

 Color:  Golden
 Possible Location
 Represented:
  Aht Urghan
 The Golden Chocobo could
 represent Aht Urghan and
 even be implemented in any
 future Aht Urghan quests and
 story lines.

 Perhaps the first born
 Golden Chocobo could be
 born right into the majesty's
 Chocobo Stables and given
as a present to her majesty
 Empress Nashmeira II
 herself.

 Gold Chocobos have been
 featured in previous Final
 Fantasy series and would be
 a logical choice for an
 upcoming Chocobo color.

In addition, Aht Urghan is a
huge area, and it would be
 nice to have a Chocobo
 represent the Royal Family
 and this vast area.

 Aht Urghan armor, furnishings
 and buildings, are after all
 generally Gold.
 Golden Chocobo Breeding Information:
Initially Obtainable by:  Quest Egg,  ISNM egg
Slightly increased chances by a Red and a Yellow?

Dual Color Chocobos: Cross Breeding Possiblity?
Although very unlikely this method would ever be implemented, the idea of Cross-Breeding and
producing cool looking Chocobos would be a big step into a next generation of Breeding.

The process would have to be thought carefully through, to decide a dual color program:
A Dominant color gene [primary color] as well as a Recessive color gene [secondary color].
 For further clarification:
Dominant Color:   See Body Base Color
Recessive Color:  Notice Tail, Head, Breast, Wing, and Leg color
Deciding factors could possibly be one of the following [aside from random color assignment]:

 -  assigning color inheritance based on Gender [generally designating male Chocobos as the
Dominant Color Gene Holders in common situations and female Chocobos as the recessive
Color Gene Holder. This would be the most simplistic and straight forward method to dual
    color Breeding.
 -  rationalizing the dominant color gene via Honeymoon Package
    synopsis:
choosing the package to inherit Male traits assigns the dominant color gene to
the Male Card bred and the recessive color trait to the Female Card Bred.
Choosing the package to inherit Female traits assigns the dominant color gene to the
Female Card bred and the recessive color trait to the Male Card Bred.
This allows a complex Breeding system with more variables and higher chance rate.

How to differentiate between breeding a Normal Chocobo and a Dual Colored Chocobo:
Not everyone is going to want to breed Dual Colored Chocobos.
They would be used, obviously, only for Aesthetic Impact.  And a lot of people would prefer
raising a Standard Black, Green, Blue or Red Chocobo.
But aside from pure Color Preference, they would not be considered as a strong card for
serious breeders trying to build a Solid, Strong colored Family Tree {especially if Rule 2 in the next excerpt was implemented}.
Therefore, anyone wishing to try and obtain a Dual Colored Chocobo, would need to purchase
a Dual Color Waver (for an additional 5k?) from the Honeymoon NPC in Upper Jeuno, and
trade it along with 2 Chocobo parent cards and a Honeymoon Package.
Acquiring a Dual Colored Chocobo, also would not be guaranteed.  The basic percentage
chance that the Dual Colored Breeding is successful can be decided by the programmers.  Although as a whole, actually acquiring a Dual Colored Chocobo as a phenomena should not be too low since the cards used for future breeding won't be as genetically strong. The Entire process of obtaining the colors you want for a Dual Colored Chocobo should largely be decided
on the color quality of the parent cards you are using and their family tree.

But as any other Breeding process, there's always a random chance variable, this can be applied to:
      -   getting the colors you desired
      -   not getting a standard yellow Chocobo

      -   successfully acquiring a Dual Colored Chocobo.

Using a Dual Color Chocobo Card would interfere greatly and confuse future color breeding
practices and make it much more difficult to do Full-bred Breeding.
Therefore, there are a few possible solutions to fix this dilemma:
1:   Assign the Dominant Color of the Chocobo as the Chocobo Card Color for Breeding
Techniques.  The Recessive Color would have to have its own variable in the breeding
      process as well though.
2   Although the Color of the Dual Colored Chocobo could be example: D: Blue /  R: Red,
it would register for Breeding Practices as a Standard Yellow.  So if a Chocobo was bred
using a Dual Colored Chocobo Card + a Red Card, it would actually be a Yellow + a Red
Card. The rest of the family tree could Remain the same, with the Grandparents on the
Dual Colored Card's side still bearing Blue and Red color traits.  This would be my preferred
method since it discourages using Dual Color Cards for breeding purposes, and diffuses
      Color genetic potencies.
 3.  Don't allow the Honeymoon Packages NPC to accept Dual Colored Chocobo Cards.

Left:    Cross Breeding techniques using a Green dominant color & a Blue recessive color.
Right:  Cross Breeding techniques using a Green dominant color & a Red recessive color.

Left:    Cross Breeding techniques using a Black dominant color & a Yellow recessive color.
Right:  Cross Breeding techniques using a Black dominant color & a Green recessive color.
